for Charlie Brown It's been a while since my last entry, and so much has happened in this last month.

I am actually back in Montréal now trying to get comfortable in my old place and slowly getting used to not living out of my suitcase and never knowing what the next day will bring. One thing I learned is that modelling is not for everyone, and if you enjoy routine and a predictable life this is not for you.

Ok let's get back to some of my memorable moments in Australia. I had an editorial shoot for Wave, a teenage surf magazine. I was hoping the surfing lesson I had the week before would come in handy!!

I had to wake up super early that day to get to the beach where we were shooting. It was a very windy and cloudy day and the water was ice cold but I had a great day, it was so much fun . I made a good friend on that shoot and I cannot wait to see the pictures!

A few days later I was booked for a fashion show. I was so excited. I feel alive on a runway and very confident. Charlie Brown is a very hot designer in Sydney and her collection was just beautiful. Also booked for that show was my fellow Canadian Jae. People were telling us that Canadian girls can really walk!!! I also felt privileged to be chosen the close the show in a beautiful gown!!!

Another great day was the day of my commercial for Target. It didn't start very well. My call time was 4:00 a.m. and my alarm clock never rang... My cell phone did at 4:30 when the crew was waiting for me in front of my house!!!!

I didn't think it was possible but I got dressed, brushed my teeth and my hair and was out in about 30 seconds!!!!

I have to say this was the best day of this whole trip!!!! The weather was gorgeous, sunny & hot, the whole crew was super nice and happy. Shooting the commercial was so fun and I really love acting. I hope I will get the chance to do more TV in the future!!


Sydney Aquarium The time flew by so fast and I spent my last week there trying to do everything I could. I went to the Taronga Zoo. You have to take a ferry to get there and I had the most beautiful view of Sydney... I also finally had my chance to see kangaroos and koalas. I also went to the Sydney Aquarium and the Sharks exhibit was incredible - you are actually walking under water!!!!!

I also hung out with my new friend that I met on the Wave magazine shoot. I really hope to go back sometime... I was very sad to leave but I guess I have to get use to this. As a model you have to go where the work calls you and Montréal is waiting for me now!!!

Wow!!! What a year this has been for me, from Chicoutimi to Montréal to Australia... If someone would have predicted this last January, I would have laughed!!!
