Discovered  Well, when I was eight years old I was stopped on the street and they asked my mum for my card, she thought they were crazy and tried to walk away. Later on when I was a teenager I walked into Richard's Model Management in Vancouver and the rest is history...

Best Modelling Moment  I think when my first contract came from Tokyo. I was soo excited I quit my part time lifeguarding job almost immediately! I also think that on a daily basis seeing the results from photo shoots is one of the best feelings!

Awkward Modelling Moment  About two months ago I was in Miami and had a job shooting for a German catalogue that started at 5:30 a.m. when we got on a boat. I was sleeping below deck while we drove to the location and as soon as I sat up I thought I was going to die. I have never been more seasick in my life! I was literally green in the face and had to be scooped up off the deck by the production team because I couldn't stand or see!

Favourite Market  I love Miami for obvious reasons - it's sunny and hot and I lived right on the beach... I also love NYC. It's one of the most amazing cities in the world for sure, and of course Tokyo! It's one of the wildest cities and was such a crazy experience being there, from the food and the people to the crazy multi-coloured train map!

Most embarrassing song on your iPod?   I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas, Barbie girl, Miley Cyrus and Spice Girls. Pretty much every kind of music you could imagine is on my ipod!!
