Fashion WeekDay Three
Two girls having great weeks are Elmer Olsen's Oksana, and Velocci's Ashley Hart, each of whom booked nine shows, and both of whom are extremely sweet, so I couldn't be happier for them.
Hart is only in town for a few more weeks before departing for Europe, likely to be away from Toronto for a long, long time.

Babar Khan
I had the chance to sit next to photographer Babar Khan last night at the Pink Tartan show.
Our seating arrangement was strictly coincidental, but very timely since he had e-mailed me last week to ask which models I was loving right now, and many of them happened to be in this particular cast.
Khan is currently based in New York, and spent a lot of time in Paris recently honing his craft.
If you ever get a chance to shoot with Khan I'd defintely recommend it. His images have a definite mood-altering quality that I absolutely love.
Modelresource is actually updating from the studio of David Hou today, where I'm working on another project, and flipping through a lookbook Hou shot for Toronto-based koi swimwear.
The lookbook's model is Andrea Gratton - one of two girls I'm sorely missing this week.
Along with Niomi Pearson, she moved to Montréal recently, and although Gratton did come into Toronto to do a few shows, like the Izzy Camilleri show last night, Pearson is in Athens right now.

Drea
Modelresource readers are well acquainted with this face.
Drea, who graces the cover of The Canadian Model's Resource, and offered her insights on her recent trip to China did Pat McDonough's show last night.
It was McDonough's 40th Anniversary show, and was packed with devotées.
Drea, who just returned from a vacation in the sun, has been a favourite of McDonough's for a few years and often gets to walk in her signature pieces.
Norwayne Anderson, at Pink Tartan
NAM's Norwayne Anderson played the part of proud papa last night at Pink Tartan, where three of his models - Lee, Taryn and Magda - were featured.
All of the NAM models that attended the Pink Tartan casting came exceptionally well prepared.
It's a real credit to Anderson that his girls showed up very well groomed, with strong, well-organized portfolios and great energy.
Not at all surprising that three models were selected from his small roster to appear in this very exclusive show.
Giovanni's Melissa Molson is making a habit of doing select shows in Toronto while keeping her options open elsewhere.
This season she was flown in from Miami where she has booked solidly all winter, to shoot a K-OS video for two days.
That was Monday and Tuesday, which left the Mississauga model free to do David Dixon Wednesday, and Pink Tartan last night.
And... just like that she'll return to Miami where better weather and bigger dollars await.
