L'Oréal Fashion Week

Spring 2006 Day THREE

Day three of L'Oréal Fashion Week began with a surprisingly fun and colourful (but frustratingly late) collection from On & On écolo chic, and closed with a stunning David Dixon production (Giovanni's Justyna was gushing about Dixon's clothes beforehand) featuring a runway set up to resemble a Riviera café and an amazing cast of models.

Izzy Camilleri's show featured some jaw-dropping pieces, and a fine bit of runway work by Claire Cormeau who recovered brilliantly from a dress coming apart beneath her feet without losing her composure. Cormeau is one of the busier girls this week, and it isn't hard to see why.

Nelly Tsyrlin made her first appearance of the season as well, and looked like a runway goddess. This is a girl that should have a fine catwalk career ahead of her.

Elmer Olsen's newface Sarra made her debut on the big stage Wednesday as well. Booker Ryan Greenwood tells modelresource that Sarra was also seen by IMG scout Karina Dial and Trump's Valerie Boyce the other night at the Elmer Olsen agency party.

Other Day three highlights: Next's Renee Thompson working the runway for Pat McDonagh, and Annak closing McDonagh's show in a very Victorian looking black wedding gown.
