Rising Star -- Year-end 2004
This one was a shocker.
In the early days of voting, Rachel Blais held on to slight leads. Slowly though, Beaverton, Ontario native Richelle Dobson overtook the Montréal beauty to the point where she held a 150 vote lead in the final days of 2004.
But a huge final push from the Blais supporters landed the two in an exact tie.
